On 2013-10-03 @ 13:00 my wife went to the CLICKS PHARMACY IN GAME CITY, UMGENI ROAD. She stood in the PRESCRIPTION QUEUE for about 20 minutes without anyone helping her. when she queried what was going and why nobody was assisting her she was told that there was only 1 queue and that she should follow the SELF MEDICATION QUEUE. she then asked the pharmacist why there was no sign indicating that that was what should be done and she was given a blank look. there were 3 pharmacy staff on duty v, i.z 2 black males and an indian female who all saw my wife stand in the PRESCRIPTION LINE and chose to ignore her. She immediately left and proceeded to a DISCHEM PHARMACY where she received an excellent service. is this the new procedure at CLICKS PHARMACIES as this is not the first CLICKS PHARMACY where this is happening as it has happened to us before. i feel that we should be informed properly or signage be put up so that customers will know exactly where to stand in future.
