I went to the shop on 18/04/2013 to buy self medication. there was no one assissting at the self medication ide and one pharmacist at the prescription side. i went to the prescriptions side and was second in line. a lady came to the self medication side and called the customer who was first in line and assissted him. i continued standing in the prescription line as the pharmacist there was done assissting his cutomer. he, called me to assist me and when i asked for my medication he said to me with a horrible attitude "why didnt you go to the self medication line, i only work with prescriptions". i explained to him that there was no one there when i arrived and asked if i should go to that line. he just kept quiet and continued helping me with an attitude. i called the pharmacy manager Sali Sali and explained what happened. he said he would call me back on the same day (yesterday) but never did. i am unhappy with the treament i received, i pay for the medication so i deserve respect. and the manager couldve at least returned to me. Clicks is losing its customers to Dischem.
