Within the warranty period, my new Kelvinator oven have now broken for the 3rd time.
My request for my money back or new stove have been completely ignored - and not even responded to in a reply e-mail, not any acknowledgment that they're sorry/understand the frustration/are prioritizing the matter.
For the third time now, I have to fall into a queue, keep chasing them and receive broken promises on when this will be attended to.
