Called Kelvinator CT for referral to a service person in Johannesburg. Same guy recommended by them has come out twice in 5 months. Does something at the back of the fridge. No information given to us as to what he is doing. Fridge does not freeze. After he leaves, it works for a month or 2 max, and then stops again. Same problem all over again. Am tired of chasing up with Kelvinator. No branch in Jhb so don't care attitude to helping Jhb customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KELVINATOR TO ANYONE!!!
