I visited the new Waterfront branch of Pick n Pay last night and purchase a Counter Point 36L Mini Oven. I opened it as soon as I got home and immediately saw what a horrible state it was in. The door of the oven is totally broken and cannot close and there is a huge dent on the back as if it has been dropped! My frustration with Pick n Pay has only gotten worse because this morning I have called the Waterfront branch AND Head Office and have just been transferred from one person to another!!! After 20 MINUTES on the phone I was not able to speak to a single Manager or ANYONE that could help me!!! I want to know why this item was on the shelf for sale when it should have been thrown away! I would like this problem to be solved IMMEDIATELY without wasting any more of my time.
