We bought a new house April 2011; the builder bought the Kelvinator Oven at Game on 18/02/2011. We reported the oven 3 three times in the 2 year guarantee period, broken. First the timer broke and then the oven broke. Every time they came out for the same problem. Timer and a dead oven. Kelvinator repaired the oven 3 times. This morning, out of the guarantee, the oven broke again, we reported the fault to Kelvinator's Call Centre, they just said sorry it is out of the guarantee period, you'll have to pay. My query will be this: The oven broke 3 times in a period of 2 years, after the guarantee period it broke again, this is a problem on Kelvinator's side, and they should be held liable for this oven.
