Kelvinator over broken again!

Oven broken again (week ago) with the same problem as below! Surely it should be completely replaced. If not i am sure it will give up the ghost when its finally out of warranty ensuring we pay for goods that were faulty from the start!

Complaint lodged below on 24/10/2012 - Oven fixed
Moved into a new house in Sep 2010. Early 2011 the entire hob & oven was replaced as the original was faulty. The technicians installed 2nd brand new hob incorrectly by turning all the hot plates completely opposite to their intended setting. The technicians came out again to fix their mistake. Approximately 2 weeks ago our oven stopped working. We contacted the developer to lodge the complaint & request that they attend to repair our hob. We received an email from Tracy Martins advising that we would have to pay a call out fee as our oven was out of warranty as they take the purchase date of the first hob. This is absolutely ridiculous considering 1. We only moved into the house in Sep 2010 & 2. The oven was completely replaced with a brand new oven in 2011. Our oven is within its "2 yr guarantee". Surely considering the history our oven should be fixed without any service or call out charge!
