Once again we cant find a simple payment

I don't know who you have working in your accounts department or what outdated system you people but how hard is it to use your brains to find my payment.

I have had this problem with your accounts before and clearly this is not being resolved.
This is completely. This affects my credit rating as a slow payer and its unacceptable.

I want someone to sort this matter out NOW before I take legal action myself.
If you cant do your jobs them employ someone else who can!
