MISSING PAYMENT-AND NOW I HAVE BEEN LISTED ON ITC!

On the 5 th november i went to the edgars in cresta and paid an amount of R1100
using my bank card.i have the proof of payment as well as bank statements to confirm that the money has indeed gone off my account.
i have been receiving numberous sms's and phone calls fro edgars on a daily basis telling me that my account is over due.i them contacted the edgars accounts department and they advised me as per their system the last payment they recived from me was in october!
the consultant also confirmed that their systems have been offline from the 3rd till the 5th of novemeber.she then reffered me to go to the branch with my POP.
i went back to the store where i made they payment and they reffered me back to the accounts department.
later that afternoon i received an SMS saying that EDCON HAS LOADED A SLOW PAYER LISTING TO THE CREDIT BEAUREUX!!! this is unacceptable as they mistake was on edgars side and now my credit rating has been negatively influenced!!!
i have all the required documents and i am tired of being pushed from pillat to post
i want to be contacted immediatly and i want the matter rectified!!
