Paid Account but listed as slow payer?!

I paid my Edgars account at the Clearwater Store on 1/8/13 as I do every month since opening my account three years ago. However, I continually receive SMS's that my account has not been paid and now it has been blocked. Furthermore, I have been listed by Edcon as a slow payer on the Credit Bureaux. I have spoken to the manager, Joyce Nassir and the assistant manager, Patience, each Saturday since then.

Joyce has told me that the store has had errors occurring on the system, however, that is not the customers issue and as I have provided the Proof of payment on various occasions, the problem should be solved.

They have both told me that they will be sending the proof of payment through to the accounts and Head office to sort the problem out and to retract the interest gained, however, this has not been done. It has been 5 weeks since the payment has been made. I then took it upon myself to contact the accounts department and head office, sending them my proof of payment and receipt; however, they have not assisted me in solving the problem in the least. This is terrible customer service and I will be closing my account once I have paid the account in full.
