My mother and I were in the shop about 2 weeks ago where she fitted some dresses. They did not have her size in the dress she liked. The lady assisting checked on the system to see what sizes they have in stock and the system showed that they did have her size but could not find the dress anywhere. So the lady assisting said that the Nelspruit branch has her size, she would ask for the dress to be sent to the Parkview branch, first she would have to check with them if the dress is not already booked. She took my name and number saying she would get back to me that same day. She never did. So the next day I phoned to see what is happening with the dress and if they could send it here. The lady on the phone did not know anything about this but checked on the system again and saw that the other branch no longer have the size we wanted. She said she would follow up and get back to me the next day. Never did. Few days later I phoned again and was put through to the manager who also said she would follow up and get back to me within an hour. Still NOTHING! The manager not even give me a chance to explain the full situation. All of them knew how urgently we needed it.
