Still waiting for email with movie ticket details

I entered the Omo promotion and opted for the movie ticket. I gave my details and was informed that I would receive an email with details about the ticket. However, I am still waiting.

I am guessing either my email was taken down incorrectly, or it is still being processed with Ster Kinekor. Please follow up as to what the hold up is, as since the ticket expires end of December, would be nice to receive it this year sometime.
