Edcon listed me as a slow payer without warning. I called their useless accounts department and as stated the calls are recorded. The lady who helped told me that my account was up to date and that Edcon would sort this out. After using my cellphone for approx. 50mins in total I still cannot get this issue resolved. And Edcon has ther audacity to charge R19 to my bill every time they have called me!! Are they going to pay for my cellphone bill after trying to resolve this over and over with their useless department.
I spoke to a manager who promised to resolve this and call me back, 2 weeks later nothing.
What a bunch of this company is!!
They do not pay their accounts and have forced many small businesses into bankrupcy due to their non-payment, but report me as a slow payer for paying a week late?? I have not missed a single payment in over 16years with this disgusting company!!
I want this sorted out, it has been going on since June and the staff is too lazy to do anything besides answer the phone.
