African Bank
Accounts not updated on ITC

Good morning,
I received my ITC report for the past 12 months and i noticed that African bank's last update was July 2012. This came as a surprise to me as i have made arrangements to pay the accounts and i have been paying. I've been trying to contact AFB about the matter however no action has been taken and now on my ITC profile it shows that I've defaulted payment for the whole and this affects my credit record. Can someone please help me with this matter asap as I'm trying to get the accounts up to date in order to have a clean record again.
