Account still in arrears, after sending them PoP

I have sent Wonga proof of payment 4 times already.

I have called them, and asked them to sort out my account.
The payment was made on 29.05.2013 and the amount is still due on my account. (07.06.2013)

Chad said that he will send the proof of payment to the accounts department.

I also paid additional interest on the account, as Wonga failed to collect the payment on 27.05.2013.

I really feel that this is unfair, as I had enough money in my account on 27.05.2013
I noticed that the payment did not go off, so I paid the money in manually, with interest.

Will I be refunded for the interest or should I just take the loss?
Keeping in mind that the error was on your side, not mine.

How can it take you more than 8 (working) days to allocate payments?
Now my trust rating has probably been influenced by the 'late' payment?? And this because you aren't doing your jobs?

I want this account sorted out before 12:00 today!

I want to speak to someone in your accounts department. Even better, I want to speak to your Financial Manager.
Please give me his/her number, or get him/her to call me.

Looks like there is a trend going around, with all the complaints about Wonga.
