INCOMPETANT ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Firstly my account was handed over to Lancets Debt Collectors (itc Business Administrators) without any prior notification of any amounts outstanding (no account or phone call). Payment was made on 21/12/2012, but their Accounts department failed to allocate the payment to my account. After several phone calls to their Debt collectors to find out if the payment was allocated, I received a final summons in the post. This has now negatively affected my credit rating.
