No feedback/Empty promises

Ongoing saga trying to obtain turntable motor for my LG Solardom MP9482S oven. Sunday 11 March, I go into the store, with the old part. I explain to Roger I hve gone via LG, who referred me to Galtronix (no longer exist), then LG referred me to TECSA. Bought part form TECSA, tried to fit it, motor cannot do more than turn empty turntable - any weight on it, motor fails to turn. Motor clearly wrong spec, cannot return buy-out items to TECSA. Roger takes details, advises LG will not sell direct to public, he will order for me, takes payment R150.00. I hear nothing, call him Thursday. He promises feedback. No feedback. I go into store last Sunday, spend 20 minutes losing my temper whilst Jacques calls Roger to try get feedback. I insist on feedback by Monday or I contact Margaret direct. Roger calls eventually, full of excuses and promises feedback Monday. Today is Wednesday, have not heard a word from him. Complaints on Facebook on LG Electronics SA page and Hirsch's Homestore page are (at time of this posting) still unanswered. DISGUSTED - I have been buying from Hirsch since 1985 (Margaret Hirsch sold me my 1st oven in 1985 from their original New Germany KZN store).
