I purchased an Elba gas stove with an extended guarantee from Hirsch in umhlanga, from the time i first started using the oven it never worked well, i contacted Hirsch and they sent over a technician, he could not sort it out immediately because the spare part needed to be ordered, when the part arrived he came and fitted it on and went away, but the oven was still doing the same thing, i complained again and the same thing happened the second and the third time, then i was told that they will get back to me, after contacting the supplier, a week later i received a msg on my cell saying they are still busy with my query, after that nothing and its almost a month now.all i want is for my oven to work how it was supposed to or give me a new one if you cannot repair it, Please
