We bought 2 expensive sound systems from Hirsch's end of last year and with this purchase order spare parts for our Samsung fridge/freezer. The handles of the side-by-side fridge/freezer got damage while we were transporting it and so we order new handles for the unit. There was a problem with Samsung's online ordering system at that stage, so they took the details and promised to follow-up first thing in January 2013. After numerous, countless attempts to get feedback from Roger he just get blaming Samsung for out-of -stock handles etc. etc. Every time I call him, he promises to call me back with feedback. Nothing! I even called his supervisor on the 5th of February and she promised to call me back ASAP after following-up on this order. The reference number is 1920751. Needless to say, it was the first and last time I will EVER buy from Hirsch's again. Thanks, but no thanks.
