I purchased filters for my washing machine at Hirsch's Centurion from Roger. He told me if it is not right I can return it and get my money back. THIS IS WHERE THE JOKE STARTS!!! Returned two days later to return the incorrect filters just to be told by THE MANAGER OF THE STORE that they do not give cash refunds as they do not hold so much money in their store - R200 - that was the value. My money will be kept in a store account until I come and buy again. When I told him it is my money and I want it back I was told it is a STORE POLICY!!!
BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY AS THEY WOULD LIKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT KEEN TO RETURN IT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. I had to use my friends credit card to get my refund AS THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS ON CHEQUE ACCOUNTS!!! This refund was only done after a huge fight with the manager. SO BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SHOP AT HIRSCH'S - FIRST FIND OUT WHAT THEIR STORE POLICY IS BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
