Since the middle of April Hirsch Fourways has been trying to get the correct parts from Defy Service Centre unsuccesfully for a Defy 600S Oven Timer including fittings and knob that fits? Too often the incorrect part is delivered and I spend my time driving uo and down to Hirsch for nothing.
