Paid for part in November and still waiting

My element on my Smeg oven thermofan blew in early November 2012. I phoned Hirsch's Strubensvalley immediately to get someone in to repair it. I was out of warranty and so I was told they could send someone out for R400 to assess the problem and for 1/2 labour. Errol arrived on 8 November and I paid him R400 cash which I asked him to sign for. We decided to replace both elements and the rubber seal. On 9 November I was invoiced for the parts and 1 hours labour which I paid on 13 November. Just over a week later Errol arrived back to repair the oven. He told me that he had only been given one element. I showed him the invoice and payment for the two elements. He said he would sort it out. Despite numerous calls to Hirsch's I am still awaiting feedback on the remaining part. I have also paid for 1 1/2 hrs labour and it took at most 20 minutes to replace the one element and seal.
