I ordered a DVD from the CNA website on the 11th of August. After receiving no communication or anything from CNA i had found out that the package was delivered to my neighbour! Then once i finally got my package, it had the wrong product inside, they sent me the CD and not the DVD!
Firstly, please communicate with your clients.
Secondly, how can you deliver to the neighbour? What if they took the package and didn't notify me they had it?
Lastly, please send the right products to your clients.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I email on Friday morning and still till today i haven't heard anything back. Please can this be sorted out soon.
