I bought a packet of Huggies new baby jumbo pack at your parkmeadows branch. It was actually too small for my son. I went back to the store and attempted to change it and was told by the manager that it was no longer stocked at your stores so it cannot be exchanged. I advised her that I was willing to change it for another packet of nappies and pay the difference but she was not very co-operative. I am extremely disappointed and being a baby store customers should be given an option to change goods for larger or smaller sizes like many others stores do, whether it is in stock or not. I have been a valued customer at this store since the birth of my first child. ALL my baby furniture, toiletries, clothes etc are always purchased at the store and to get told I cannot make an exchange because it is no longer stocked is unacceptable. I have to now sit with a packet of nappies that costed me over R150. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
