Printing incorrect

I have done some photo printing at Pro-Lab at Waterkloof Corner shopping centre, and all 4 times a problem occurred with the printing. I am a photographer in Cullinan and each time I have to go back twice in order for them to reprint. now the last time was last week Wednesday and when I got there all 20 A3 prints was incorrect and cut off. so this time I waited an hour for them to reprint it just to find that they didn't even print all 20, they printed doubles and some of them were cut off again!!! I emailed them to 3 different email addresses and no response!! I have clients waiting for their prints and my name is on the line here!! I feel this is unacceptable as I will be losing clients this way!! I am really upset, every time I need to drive back and its costing me MY time and money!!!
