Went to reggies at the Glen shopping centre on Saturday to exchange the baby formula (Nan - Hypo Allergenic) that my mother bought at that exact same store. My wife and baby went to the paediatrician last week and the paediatrician told us to instead use the normal Nan (No .1). We decided that we will exchange the formula for normal Nan at the same store, as it was still sealed, unopened. My mother did not keep her till slip.
The lady in front called the manager for the exchange and he informed me (with a attitude) that he may not exchange without the till slip. I accepted this. But later went back and called for him. I showed him that the price tag on my product was the exact same as in store. Even the price underneath was torn off and replaced with a new price. I told him that the new CPA does not mention proof of purchase. I told him that I am going to put the formula on his shelves and take whatever I want for the same price as he is incompetent. He threatened me with security and told me that he personally will stop me. (assault??). This little man should not be a manager of anything. I am highly disappointed.
Reggies you need to sort this man out.!!!
