I was migrated to a cheaper option in March 2024. Migration was explained as the option that will give you more value at a cheaper price and the term of the contract will stay the same. Immediately after migration I saw that I was paying too much I called in to challenge the migration and I was told I was impossible to reverse it. Now that its time to end the contract in May, I am told I was upgraded instead of migration.
If not solved with immediate effect, as a twenty year customer of vodacom contract I am going to stop the debit order. Maybe when I do that I will get a response.
