Lack of communication with clients

I have a Game Household appliance insurance and now that I need to claim I cannot get hold of them and yet they continue to deduct money from my bank account. The contact number that I have 0861238244 says "the number does not exist". They never write or email their customers to indicate when they change administrators. They were previously administered by Fin Right, a division of Aon SA now I am not sure if they are administered by Hollard. I am being thrown from pillar to post now that I want my monthly insurance contributions money to work for me.
