I called the call centre in April requesting for a new club card as my current one doesn't work. I especially use the club card for movies and therefore have been paying since April for nothing as I haven't been reaping the so called benefits. In April I was promised that a new card would be posted to me and that I also had the option to pick up a card from my branch. On many occasions I have tried this approach however on weekends the customer care department is hectic. Can someone assist ASAP?
