Discovery Vitality offers a 12 month interest free purchase option through iStore.
1. Made my purchase on 5 April - amount went off my straight account. I phoned DC and they said it will be moved to budget within 72 hrs.
2. 7 April Sms to say transaction declined.
3. 8 April - tried to use card but funds were still being held. Decline fees on card. Phone DC - they say iStore to still do transaction. (Craig)
4. 10 April - transaction goes through iStore.
5. 15 April - transaction still not moved to budget. Phoned DC - told to wait (Sazi).
6. 16 April - transaction still not moved to budget. Do post on DC FB page - get feedback at 17:30 that transaction will go through by 12:00 on 17 April.
7. 17 April - transaction still not moved.
8. 18 April - phone DC call centre. Transferred to manager. Promised feedback by 12:00 - nothing to date.
9. 19 April - phone DC call centre. Transaction instruction was sent to incorrect department - resent. Still waiting.
I'm disgusted at the lack of communication and feedback from Discovery and that I have to follow this up all the time. PATHETIC customer service and BAD wrap for new offering! You lost a customer.
