Edgars Club Card cancelled???

Hi. When I received my the new Edgars U card last year, it kicked out my Edgars Club benefit and would give an error when i swiped it for @the movies. I was told at Cavendish Edgars Customer care that it has happened to a few people and it has to be linked again. I didnt have time & opted to do it at Blue Route. All this time I have been paying normal prices for my 3D movies at Ster Kinekor. When i eventually went to Blue Route to link my card, the gal at Customer service told me that I will not pay for the activation of the new card and that it should work. She then took my old card &provided me with a new card. Again, I still couldnt even use the card. On the 16th April 13 we watched another movie &I tried swiping my benefits card again at Ster Kinekor. I was given the option to activate it for an extra R30, which i did. Then i went to Edgars afterwards to change the account to my married surname &new address. Again I was issued with another Edgars card, to which the lady told me it will not affect my Club Card activation. I tried watchin a movie again on Sunday and had a error. Went back to Edgars as was told that my club card cancel last year. I am so LIVID, as I never cxld it.
