I have opened and Edgars account in September 2013, received a club card and requested for for the Club VIP to be activated so that I can make use of the movie benefit. Well it never worked, I was told over and over to activate it by paying R30, but it does not work as it said my card was linked to a different acc. After being smsed and called every day to say I owe R50 on my acc, I paid it and query again about the card in store that does not work. Atlast someone pick up a problem and said they have opened an acc for me but closed it and re-opened again and my clubcard was linked to the old acc and so was the R50 they were going on about, she cancelled the old card and issued a new card, told me it will take 48 hours to work, when try to activate it about 2 weeks later it was still not working, I made numerous calls to the incompetent call centre regarding this and they assured me it is activated now and I need to go and activate it with SK. I have been trying since, it is still giving an error which say its not an active membership card, after 4 months of trying I really had enough, I want a refund on all that club fees edgars from me!!! pathetic service 200%.
