I can not express the anger I feel towards Edgars, this was my very 1st acc opened and have been a club member ever since, I paid a R30 fee to activate the club cards years ago and have been using my club ever since, on sunday I decided to use my card and it said the card was not linked so I go to the store thinking there's something wrong with my card and get a new 1 so I could use it immediately so the sales lady calls customer service and they say I've never had a club card and I need to pay if I want a card. I have been paying all these years and been using my card, now all of a sudden they say I've never had 1 and that I only joined the club on the 6-01-2014.l would appreciate feedback urgently as I'm disgusted by this service and actualy want to close my account.
