Yesterday i did online shopping at Mr. Price. I saw mark downs and got exited! Dress, Shoes, Tops from R4.90 - R13.00.
I honestly thought they marking down items. When it came to check out i couldnt pay. It told me to contact the customer service. The customer care lady was clueless as to what is going on and even tried to help me.
I asked to speak to a supervisor (Emilene) & that's when she confirmed its incorrect prices. She also advised me to log off & log back in and then I will see different prices. I did this after moaning BUT the prices was yet the same (the low prices). According Emilene she will give all the customer's the same story
Personally i think the price was advertised and already in my basket. MRP is suppose to give it at a discounted price. I also didnt like the comment Emilene made that if i bought it before lunch, before the IT blocked the payment option then i couldve gotten it at that price.
