Club Card turned Credit Card

On the 10th of January I called the club card division to change my address. I was informed that they couldn't change my address because my card is a credit card. Apparently since 2008. I was quite suprised as I don't recall ever applying for a credit card and have also never received such a credit card. The card that I have in my possession is a gold club card that I've been using since way before 2008. The gentlemen who took my call then put me through to the credit card section. The lady who took my call must have had a bad day because she was not interested in helping me, and transferred the call to someone else. The next person who took the call said she was from First National Bank. I explained to her that I did not want a credit card I only wanted the normal clicks club card. She then agreed to cancell the credit card. I called again on the 28th of January to change my club card address but was sadly informed the card is still a credit card. Is ther ANY BODY who can help me to resolve this issue??? My Club Card number is 0200011470285.
