R 32.00 per month for services that I cant use

I am furious about this. I never make dept. But decided to open an Edgars account a few months ago seeing that I dont have any credit record. I knew of the R32.00 per month fee that I would pay and its benefits.

When I tried using the card for these discount benefits the people at the discounted branches told me I need to wait 48 Hrs for card to be activated. Which was upsetting as I never was told by the Mall @ Reeds branch when opening this account that I would have too wait.
So haven't used my card for these facilities for some time and when I tried to get my discount I was told that the card I wanted to use wasn't the right card.??? I needed a Club Card?? Paid full price for my movie tickets again... and went straight to Centurion Branch. Where the lady confirmed I needed a Club Card. I asked her why I didnt get one in the first place... "no they should have told me I need a Club card, they must have forgotten to tel you" to tell me?? I need the card telling me I need it wont help!! She gave me a card and called to activate it... The call center was closed and she told me to call the Center myself the next day to activate and I need to PAY an activation Fee???
