I LODGED AN E-MAIL COMPLAINT ON 31-07-2013 AND ALSO CALLED THE ACC CALL CENTRE ON THE 1-08-2013 AND SO DID MY ASSISTANT AND SPOKE TO CARMEN ABOUT THE LATE PENALTY FEES OF R125 THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT .I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY THAT FEES AND THEY CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT DOWN AND I ALSO REQUEST TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHOM SHE PROMISED TO RETURN MY CALL AND, ASSISTANTS CALLS AND TO DATE NO REPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND NEITHER HAS MY PENALTY FEES BEEN REVERSED .I AM REALLY TIRED OF WOOLOWRTHS EXPLOITATING ME AS A CUSTOMER AND CHARGING ME EXORBITANT INTEREST AND PENALTY FEES A.I AM GOING TO MAKE THE PUBLIC AWARE VIA MEDIA, PAPERS AND WITH NOTICES ON MY VEHICLE ABOUT WOOLIES EXPLOITATION OF CONSUMERS
