I have been charged a penalty fee of R100 by Vodacom for their debit order return unpaid by the bank. I would like to know since when Vodacom became also a bank charge for unpaid items instead of charging normal interest on accounts overdue and what gives them the idea that when the last day of the month falls on a weekend all employers pay their employees on a Friday. It is not the case for all employers some of us get the money exactly on the last day and Vodacon should stop making a quick buck out thier customers they must wait untill the last day avoide making unecessary financial burdens for their clients. NOw Vodacom wants to charge me R100 for penaly fee and the bank also charged me R115. Noways am not pay that penalty fee I rather pay interest for paying the account late.
