PENALTY FEES REDICULOUS! TOO HIGH!

I have a Notice Select account. As client, i am well aware of the penalty that will incur for early withdrawals. I was informed of the 2% penalty fee. When i withdrew, i was charged 3.42%! Which was OVER A THOUSAND RAND!!! I didn't even withdraw the whole lot! I called the customer care to ask of the percentages, the consultant said it's NOT STANDARD THROUGHOUT ALL BRANCHES!!! It ranges between 1-5%. Each branch decides on the penalty fee. What is that??? I had no choice but to pay the penalty. The only next thing for me is to close my account, take my money, walk, and NEVER LOOK back!!! You have lost a client, her friends, their boyfriends and girlfriends, and family members! Add colleagues to that!
