Poor service

After a formal complaint about charging me honoring fees, standard bank agreed to reverse those fees. After a week this had still not happened. After another complaint, I was told that it would be done. A week later the fees have still not been reversed and I have now been charged interest related to those fees. Standard bank is sitting with my money and owes me interest. I am tired of chasing this up, I won't phone for a third time. Very unprofessional all round.
