How can we cause you more harm

This seems to be FNB's new way of making money. Charge clients exorbitant fees. For the past year FNB has been charging me late payment fees and occasionally over limit fees at R220/R230 per transaction. This month I was charged R460 for both. I phoned in a year ago and last week to change my repayment date to coincide with my pay date, but they could not help me (I assume to accumulate more R230's). So I will continue to get hammered with these ridiculous fees and FNB makes large profit. Take of all the fees and I might not owe money on my credit card or od. Due to circumstances my accounts has been over limit and debit orders have been returned, but FNB has made over R10, 000 in penalty fees. I used to get notifications before returning debit orders in order to adjust, but after complaining I don't have the luxury anymore. The time will come and I will pay you and close my accounts.
