About 3 months ago my girlfriend and i went to westpack to purchase a couple of items. We were planning a move to a new house a couple of months later and decided to get a bit of a head start and start buying goods that i can keep until the move. I purchased a house of york clothes horse amoung other things and kept it stored until the move. This week we started unpacking and i removed the clothes horse to be used for the first time. Not only was one of the wooden cross bars missing all together making the whole clothes horse sit completey scew, when i tried to move it a piece of wood simply snapped as it it was a piece of chalk. It is so unfortunate that i had purchased it so long ago and obviously have no slip, but i would think twice before going back there. Those things do not come cheap and i have now WASTED almost R400 on an item i cannot even use. Disgusted!!!
