Poor Service

I purchased three appliances from Game Centurion and this for me was the greatest error of judgement that I have ever made!

I purchased a microwave, fridge and washing machine on Saturday, 27 July 2013. The delivery was supposed to occur on Thursday, 1 August 2013. For some or other reason their system captured the date of delivery as being Friday, 2 August 2013. This morning when I attended at the said store to enquire about what had happened my mind was boggled when I was told that the microwave that I had bought was out of stock, despite it being on display on the shop floor. The gaul of the employees there to even tell me that the microwave has been out of stock for more than a week albeit still being on display.

My second horror of the day is having to wait for their delivery people to deliver a fridge and washing mashine for hours on end. When calling the store everyone seems clueless about how to determine the anticipated time for delivery. Now I am idling waiting as if I were waiting for the second coming for a delivery that seemingly cannot be traced by the people who dispatched it.

The service I received from GAME CENTURION is not only pitiful but insulting to me.
