Goods were advertised in February, I made a ful payment for washing machine & fridge on 10 February for Delivery on 02 March. To date, the same has not been done specifically for the Fridge. All groceries for the month had to be thrown away as all have been spoiled. No contact from Game has been made with me and I have to keep running after them by calling and promises of calling me back are being made with none being done.
Again I call today and the salesman tells me that stock should have been kept for me as they had stock when my purchase was done. So now what does that for me. I have made payment yet I stil get the run around of Game not having stock as Defy has run out. This is not my concern, the Ad went out and stock was available.
Who fits the bill of my months groceries now, All meat and fridge goods???
After doing service with Game for so long, I am beside myself with shock. Centurion was a store of preference but after these last few weeks, I would not visit that store again.
Somebody needs to take responsibility for the money I've spent on my groceries for the month!!!
