Yesterday I went to clicks to buy hair piece and in my way out security alarm rang, I went back in for them to check, I gave them my bag and they have discovered that there were Vigro pills and they have requested receipt which I didn't have. I gave them the name of the store where I've bought pills from, asked them to check their cameras, report came back saying that the pills are not in the list. I was then told by an arrogant voice that system does not and was taken to the back room where my pills were taken out of container and counted. I called my daughter to look for the receipt in the dustbin and she gave me the receipt number which corresponded with the one that other clicks gave them after spending 30min being questioned. I asked the security in front of manager how did they get these incorrect list and being accused of, security lady shouted at me in front of the manager and manager asked her to live and promise to deal with her. I feel humiliated in front of customers by clicks. How many people are being accused of things they have not and ended up in jail because of their incorrect system.the way I was treated at clicks is not acceptable.
