Delivery took place of Fridge on the 05/11/2013 at 19h00, Failed to deliver Microwave. Delivery services not responsible, told I need to contact branch.
Contacted branch on 06/11/2013, no one could locate microwave and no follow up call from Game on query.
Contacted branch on 07/11/2013 (since I am the only person concerned with getting my paid microwave delivered)- only to have phone put down on my ear-Game employees were prepared to assist with Customer Complaint on third call.
08/11/2013 - DAY 4-Delivery only took place once the regional manager saw the query that was logged on the 07/11/2013 and the store manager was put on handling the query. Delivery time 11h19.
