Last Saturday I bought a Samsung Washing Machine from the Greenstone mall game outlet, I also purchased insurance for it on the same day, I was told that delivery would occur during the week (Wednesday being the indicated date). The delivery personnel were to phone me beforehand. The entire week went by without a single phone call about the machine. Today (the following Saturday) I had to phone game only to be told that the washing machine had been recalled and that I had to come back to purchase the replacement model- nobody had said anything of this to me before. I was then told that they had attended to the repurchase and I can expect delivery today and that they would call me, of course so far it has only been me calling Game for an update, I have yet to receive a single call from them, and so I have no idea when or even if I will ever get this washing machine!
