Slightly more than two weeks ago we bought both a Microwave and a fridge from this company. They had no stock in the area so the items would only be delivered the following week. During that week we realised that our existing microwave was in fact fully functional and we cancelled the microwave order. We were promised a full refund. The Saturday they had not arrived by the agreed delivery time and we had to leave, advising them to come on Sunday. We gave them one half an hour slot during which we would not be available that entire Sunday, and that is the exact time they arrived. Then we were asked to remove doors to get the fridge into the house, despite this being included in the delivery fee according to the sales person. Another thing that was supposed to be included was the connection to plumbing, which they did not do.
We then saw that the fridge was dented, and called them to exchange it. We were told that this would be done the following Tuesday, only to later be told that again they had no stock. We still do not have the fridge we had bought, and we still do not have the microwave refund. Just avoid these people.
