Angry customer- False information given by Lebese

I went to Game in Alberton City on the 15th July to purchase a microwave for my mom as a surprise, this microwave was supposed to be collected at Game store in Polokwane, Theo at Alberton assisted me accordingly, he even confirmed with Mr Lebese (Sales Manager) in polokwane that they have 4 in stock, I also saw that on their system, Theo was very helpfull. Then my mom went to the store on Tuesday the 16th, when she got there she had to wait for an hour, after waiting for long she was then told that there is no stock. On tuesday they were left with 3 items. On wednesday the 17 July I went to Alberton City Game store to complain they called polokwane store and they were told that they have 3 microwaves but they are displays, How can you display 3 same items. I did not accept the way my mom was treated. I also would not have bought the microwave if I was told from the beginning that there was no stock. I would appreciate if they do as they told Theo from Alberton Store. Mr Lebese must stop telling customers wrong information. I also believe that there is stock in the polokwane store. I need to get that microwave for my mom. I have paid already. My number 076 730 4465
