On sunday 28 July 2013 my purse was snatched for the second time in two years at the same shop. Three women of colour crowded me when I was looking for some shorts. The woman blocked the way and a Pep store lady attended to them. when I saw both zips on my handbag was open I checked and saw my purse was missing. I asked the staff to assist me because the culprits was in store but I got no help from them. Nobody alerted the center security. I have a strong suspicion that some of the staff are in cahoots with purse snatchers due to the fact of their reluctance to assist me. It seems to me that it is the same band who robbed me the first time two years ago. They told me they do not have cctv in store. I would strongly advise people not to use that store. I contacted customer care in Cape Town and they told me I would be contacted by Peps area manager. That did not happen.
